Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days, after this time we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If the product arrived damaged, please send us a photo to our mail: online@myuniversenow.com

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

No returns on free + shipping items*

Additional non-returnable products:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require the invoice or proof of purchase, legible, indicating, at a minimum, the product description and the date of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

 

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, in a certain amount of days.

 

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items on offer (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately the products on offer cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to online@myuniversenow.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for delivery later, we will send a refund to the buyer and he will know about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you must initially send an email to online@myuniversenow.com where you state the return request situation. For the case that applies, we will inform you of the location where the product should be returned, complying with the characteristics mentioned above.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
